Payment Methods:
Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Company Check.

In Stock Inventory:
We offer a NO HASSLE RETURN policy on all in stock items within 30 days. Shipping of the returned items to Starr Advertising must be the responsibility of the customer. Once received the return items will be credited back to the account on file or a check will be issued within 5 business days.

Due to packaging irregularities from the manufacturer all in stock items have an allowance of overrun or underrun of 5%. The price on account of such over/underrun shall be adjusted in proportion to the unit price stated. Refer to the UPS Quick Ship Reference for estimated shipping times of in-stock items.

Custom Orders:
We make every attempt to make sure your custom ordered specialty items are right the first time. In the event the items are printed incorrectly or not to our standards we will rerun the items at no cost as long as the error was a mistake in our production chain.
An overrun/underrun of not more than 10% on any made-to-order custom item (calendars or specialty advertising) of the quantity specified herein shall be considered fulfillment of the order. Example: 500 License Plate Frame order may be fulfilled with up to 550 frames. In this case the final bill will be adjusted to the 550 quantity.
